On the occasion of the LUGA exhibition, Marcello, the artisanal ice cream brand from Groupe Goeres, has created two exclusive flavours: rose and strawberry. A unique treat to discover during the open-air exhibition.
Founded in 2017 within the Hôtel Parc Bellevue, Groupe Goeres produces its ice cream on site. For this collaboration with LUGA, the Marcello team crafted two flavours that celebrate both the season and Luxembourg’s identity: strawberry, for its fresh summer notes, and rose, as a tribute to the Grand Duchy’s rich heritage of roses.
The subtle balance of flavours is the result of meticulous analysis of each ingredient, ensuring thus an impeccable texture and harmonious taste. With over 250 species of roses in Luxembourg, the rose-flavoured ice cream fully embraces this local and symbolic context.
The ice creams can be enjoyed daily at the Marcello Vespa offering a refreshing and local break throughout the exhibition at the LUGA Lab, located in the Alzette valley. They will also be available on the menu at all the Groupe Goeres restaurants.
