The agricultural facilities at Däichwisen consist of demonstration plantations of the plant species grown in Luxembourg’s fields. The main theme of these facilities is unconventional cultivation techniques, with activities such as comparisons between conventional and mechanical weeding, demonstrations of robotic technologies and many other equally captivating workshops.
The facilities also feature plants grown in Luxembourg such as wheat and potatoes, various varieties of herbs and maize, tea plantations and more unusual varieties such as hemp, flax, buckwheat, rapeseed and mustard.
